13x13 magic square. Each nested square (11x11,9x9…to 3x3) is also magic, with a magic constant 10,874 smaller than its parent. Oh, and every cell is prime. (via fc)

This is the most fun I’ve had at the movies this year. Heartwarming in a uniquely vicious way, and a style that feels genuinely new and upbeat. It’s just one great idea after another, all wrapped around a great message.
Inception is a 5-star, expertly crafted, and fantastically beautiful masterpiece of a heist movie containing layers and layers of intrigue and meaning. Sadly, it is wrapped in the kind of pop-philosophy common in smoke filled college dorms.
It felt as though the meta-story was added only to raise unanswered questions. But, as the movie takes pains to point out, Inception isn’t just about raising the questions - it’s about ensuring the right answers. Perhaps additional viewings will reveal that the answer is indeed there. If so, I may change my rating. But as it stands, the questions just seem to cheapen the whole thing.
Too bad, really. Because it’s still a hell of a heist movie.
I love when the inherent music of life shows through. I also love the muppets. Also, this is one of the best arguments against cell phones I’ve ever seen.
